 *Due to COVID-19 we have altered our shipping and return policy to comply with the Governmental rules and guidelines. We must take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our team, as well as for the safety of our valued customers, you. Please allow 7-10 business days (possibly sooner) to receive your orders as we navigate through these uncertain times. We will do our very best to get your orders out in a timely manner. Currently Unavailable- In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a full STORE CREDIT for unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed merchandise. Customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving order to receive store credit. After the 5th day the item is considered final sale.

-Please note: store credit based on return does not include shipping charges, unless the return was a result of 5th and Sole's error.  Swimwear and Accessories are Final Sale. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. 

-Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all returns
-Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed
-Shoes must include original box and in original condition
-Swimwear, leggings, intimate apparel,
all sale items and all accessories ( jewelry, hats, belts, scarves, handbags ) are a final sale.

Once your return is received please allow up to 7 business days for your store credit to be issued via email. ONLY store credit will be issued, NO REFUNDS. We
 DO NOT offer exchanges at this time only store credit.


-Make sure the return meets all the return policy requirements listed above.
-Please email with reason for return.
-A return authorization (R.A.) number will be issued back via email.
-Pack merchandise in a secure package
-Enclose a copy of the receipt and R.A.
-Ship merchandise with a tracking number to ensure delivery

*All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment, excluding holidays. All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following Monday; while all orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day.  We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier.
